  First the good: the item I received looks to be completely new and un-used despite being listed as open box. However, the seller initially shipped to an incorrect address (several hours away) and was weirdly reluctant to send a replacement. Their proposed solutions were that I either show up at the delivery address to retrieve my order or accept a refund. It took a little persuasion to get the seller to do the right thing and send a replacement to my correct address, but eventually they did.
