  product hasn't arrived yet in the mail because of something with the post office. seller responded to questions on the delay, gave a refund, and is allowing me to keep the product if/when it arrives in the mail. i can not stress enough that the post office is the cause for why the package hasn't arrived yet.

  The records were in excellent condition as the seller said, which is remarkable given that they were recorded in 1962. Rarely a tic. It's a miracle the records survived the post office handling of them which can be seen from my photo. Fortunately the original box that held them was sturdy.

  USPS didn't deliver the item and you also received a refund. Not sure why you said it looks like a scam.
