  Very good and kind seller. The items I received was not as I was expecting and seller refunded to me immediately without hesitation and I requested from him to issue me a label for returning the items to him but he said to me please keep it you don’t need to return that is our Apology we are happy if you still use.   purchases these tissues no problem with the item ,but the package was late and when it arrived I was charged £3,50 excess for wrong size of package. I have contacted the seller and they said they have refunded the money but it has never appeared. I am giving this feedback but I shouldn't have to chase the seller when this should never have happened in the first place I therefore will not recommened this seller.
