  Product dispatched from the Netherlands, so it took a week to arrive from ordering. Good quality. Packaging safe and secure. The hat needs to be plugged in for use; I thought it was rechargeable, but I need to be tethered to the mains to use this. You get what you pay for , I guess. Thanks anyway.

  I tried to cancel this order but was too late. When it arrived I informed the seller that I wanted to return it as I ordered by mistake & they have been fantastic, I'm just waiting on a returns label to arrive & then I can send it back. There's is nothing wrong with the bag, just a bit plain for my liking, upon seeing it physically.
