Seller was excellent in responding and offering refund or replacement. I took replacement and a slightly more expensive seat was sent. This was a very quick response. The replacement was far superior, and I am very happy. I would recommend contacting seller as replacement was only a little more expensive, and worth the extra few pounds. Overall a very good buying experie
