    Item was well packed externally with cardboard and parcel wrapping materials, deliver was quick, postage was reasonable & item was as described, only minor issue was some small loose parts which were found loose in the box, think these may have been parts that fell off the spruce in transit- wrapping the spruces in a plastic bag and sealing it might have been useful. Price was fair so overall pleased.

    Excellent seller who made an 8 hour round trip to ensure the model was not damaged by using normal postal/delivery methods. The model was as described and some features were above the standard expected. Absolutely fantastic model, which was received undamaged and required no packaging, due to the sellers over and above effort. Well worth the value for a one of a kind exhibition standard model.
