    waited many days for delivery, then advised the seller i was going on holiday, left note on front door, NO DELIVERIES PLEASE! on return, I have message " delivery left in safe place your front porch" as I dont have a front porch , and my front step was void of any packages, I contacted Ebay, who sorted everything out for me, and actioned a refund, very disappointed with this seller, as i had searched for months for this model of vacuum cleaner.
