    Seller sent an item that was not pictured item was received it much worse condtion. Contacted seller with no feedback from them at all! Also sent the item back for a refund with ebay with supplied proof of tracking and evidence of delivery also with photos and no refund. Dont trust the seller and dont trust ebay to have you covered.

    The seller sent me the wrong product. I ordered illuminating touch highlighter wand gold. They sent under eye brightener. The packaging is the same so I opened it now realising until I used it. I contacted them and asked for a replacement but had no reply. Are you able to help me?
