  Was sceptical since the price of the guitar was cheap compared to retail price here in the UK, but as advertised the guitar arrived brand new and in it's original gig bag, which itself was thoroughly bubble-wrapped and nicely packed in a box. Seller was helpful and kept me updated. The guitar arrived in about 12 days from Japan to the UK. Couldn't recommend more highly, thanks!

  I can only recommend this seller. The bass arrived from Japan to Germany in 3 days, customs clearance was done by UPS. The seller supported me and communication was friendly and timely. Instrument arrived really well packaged as described. Almost perfectly setup from the factory.

  Item as described, arriving in 11 days (FEDEX) from Japan in brand new condition. A quality instrument as expected from yamaha. Ebay were offering 15% off, so even including 20% VAT charge this was a good deal (518 usd + £97 VAT= £500 GBP inc delivery). No issues. Good seller. Good experience given the potential pitfalls.

  First, the communication from retro.music JapanShop was very professional. They messaged to let me know they received the order, and when it would ship. It was shipped on time, per their message, and arrived quickly. The bass was packed properly and securely. There was no chance of the bass being damaged during it's long trip from Japan to Florida/USA. The Item was perfect, nicely picked, and I couldn't be happier. You definitely want to buy from this shop. They are on it. Super tight.
