  Impressive seller: ordered after 5 pm, it arrived within 24 hours. It had been so carefully packaged that the tiles survived being hurled the length of the path to slam against the front door and drop down. (My husband witnessed the DPD driver; I heard the bang.) The tiles were intact! Really good product with protective film over the mirror. Because they are samples of a larger tile, I had anticipated edges that showed the cut. These are beautiful polished tiles, complete in themselves.

  I ordered this mirror for our dining room, as were currently in the middle of renovating our victoricottage…initially I was concerned as the expected delivery date came and went and was unable to track delivery, but I messaged the seller, who was fairly quick to respond, explaining the first mirror was damaged in transit and they were sending me a replacement, this arrived a couple of days later and I can honestly say I am absolutely thrilled with it… it’s perfect!   Seller was very quick to respond and helpful, I had the tiles delivered to a pick up point rather than to my address and there were a couple of broken tiles due to the delivery company. I let Retro Reflections know and Marianne contacted me straight away and sent out replacements which were sent directly to my address and arrived promptly and intact. She also kindly sent me a free tube of adhesive for the inconvenience. I would highly recommend the service and the tiles look amazing! Thankyou.
