    Unfortunately the personalised wall sign first arrived with a spelling mistake but the seller quickly responded to my contact apologising and saying they will fix it. A corrected replacement sign was received a couple of days later so I don't propose to penalise them in the feedback as the error was promptly corrected. These things do happen so it's always good to give someone a second chance which this seller acted upon immediately. No additional expense for me and it worked out fine, thank you
