  All aspects of this transaction were 5 star. Not least because Retro Treasury 86 were very quick to respond to Qs, postage was v. Fair, packaging was excellent the item was exactly as described and we had the comfort of it being tested and able to return if needs be. Given the unit was integral to a 5 element stack it was great value .

  Postage very good, well packaged and described well and yes good value. Just one gripe though, what is the point in posting it out without a fuse being in situ which is a very poor example of customer care.
