    Item works, but seller did not send VOEC electronically OR actually write the VOEC number on the package, so the price for me was very expensive before I received it. Had to pay VAT two times Plus an extra fee to customs for the work. Also refused to refund my extra expenses. Do NOT recommend this seller. Not a serious Ebayer imo.
