      For the seller: Item pictured was the exact one I received, it was packed well and was shipped out fast. It was priced more than the rest of the listings, but well worth the extra money, as it was in nearly new condition for an 18 year old laptop. As for the T61: if you're looking for an older Windows XP laptop that isn't too old, it is a great choice. it is upgradable, reliable, and has a lot of ports/features.

      Since this is a feedback about the seller, I have no problem with the seller, so its a positive review. The problem was with the USPS who damaged the product in transit and did not deliver it. Lied and said I could pick it up when I could not. Then told me to submit it for redelivery which was another lie. The item was not redeliverable. Eventually, I asked for a refund, which the seller provided. The USPS is a total joke. Never seen so much incompetance in my life.

      First time getting anything on eBay. Looked around the refurbished section, and got a great deal. At first i had doubts but I read the reviews and saw the seller was highly rated. Shipping was easy to monitor and quick, around 4-5 days for the product to arrive. Everything came as advertised, including the charger. The laptop looks nicer in person and was in good condition, it passed the hardware tests, including the finger print reader. So far i am Satisfied with my purchase
