I don’t remember rating the review of the product as negative, if I did, it was a mistake. I have full faith in this seller and will buy from them again. My comment was in regard to the Post Office and their handling of the delivery. I know the product was shipped the day I ordered it, I’m still waiting for the Post Office to do their part.

This is not our fault. Once the item is in the possession of the USPS, we have no control over what they do with it. As you can see, the item was shipped on the same day you ordered it. I really wish you would have contacted us prior to leaving a negative review that is totally out of our hands. I have no problem sending a replacement package if the item is lost.

Waited 2 and a half weeks to get the part, installed and no change whatsoever. I did not contact the seller to exchange the part because I didn’t have time to wait AGAIN and possibly have no change

So you're blaming us for the slow delivery of the postal service, yet declining free technical support? Got it.... Look at the other feedback from buyers who bought the same product as you. It works. And as stated in the instructions, if you can't get it to work, call us and we'll help you figure out what's wrong. Your decision to decline free technical support is a decision that you made on your own. We would have loved to help you. And we apologize on behalf of the USPS for slow delivery
