  OK I ordered the wrong trim pots, I ordered PT10 when it should have been PT15, My fault! Seller offered to exchange them, I asked if I could pop them over to save two weeks delay with post (to him & return), as I needed them quickly. 22 hours later he replied, not to say yes pop them over, but "where are you"? He's sent me four orders that week, he knows where I am, check the orders! So had to write them off as a loss. Generally a good seller, but has no sense of urgency.😞
