It came and appeared to be new, but the back arm was broken off in the package.I made this as my initial comment. Revision as the seller refunded $20 and advised that was what they received after fees. Unfortunately still out funds on this transaction and the item isn’t usable, seller did try to make it right.

I'm sorry this happened. I always make sure my items are in the promised condition before packaging. And if there is any damage before shipment I always contact my buyer to let them know and to see if they still want the item or a refund. It was probably damaged during shipping and you didn't give me the opportunity to make amends before posting negative feedback.
