  Best part of my experience was communication by seller. Seller really tried to make things right. Substitutions were acceptable to me. Acted quickly when shipment seemed to be lost. Tried to make up for a mistake, and then ultimately quickly issued me a partial refund. Things happen with these eBay transactions; communication & caring is key. Would buy from this seller again.

  Quick shipping described as advertised I’m just a little disappointed I purchased two item from seller and ask to cut shipping coat being it was coming in one box seller stated she would send me the difference in shipping coat but never received it so I did over pay for shipping

  Wonderful seller that packaged the vase well and shipped quickly. Unfortunately, USPS must have dropped kick the package as the vase arrived in pieces. Bummer, but that is the risk we take ordering fragile glass through the mail.
