I bought these rear lights and they are missing the back connection piece. The description of the item did not say they were incomplete. The seller said that’s how the items is sold and if I wanted the back connector for the lights it was going to cost me more. I told him I could buy the same lights complete for the same price. I paid more than $300 for these incomplete lights and he still wants me to pay more for the connectors. This seller is a scammer!

Artikel war defekt und von der Struktur noch unterschiedlich. Habe Verkäufer 3x angeschrieben, dass er mir ein Rücksendeettiket zukommen lassen soll. Doch es kam keine Antwort. Dann hatte ich die 16,45€ für Paketversand nach Italien bezahlt. Doch es kam keine Rückerstattung für die Rücksendekosten , sondern nur für den Artikel. Und keine Rückmeldung auf meine Fragen.

Wrong item sent, after requesting, RIGHT door window electric switch. A left hand switch was sent. We asked numerous times for a return label. The reason for this,NO courier would accept this part for delivery DUE to CUSTOM paperwork. We also did not have this business’s VAT number for paperwork. In the end I am 79 disabled, I had to go into town, to post the item. We have paid out £84.03 this includes postage (track and Trace.) item £71.38 + postage £12.65

Se le comunica al vendedor que el pomo enviado debio de llegar mal porque no entra en la varilla del cambio. Falta un milímetro o algo asi para entrar y debia de modificarlo. El vendedor me trata como si estuviera mintiendo y la unica solucion es que lo devuelva y no me envia otro. Es una vendedor muy prepotente y una actitud dificil de entender ya que no pedia devolucion de dinero si no un cambio del pomo.
