Photos not sharp enough to see if it was an oversight or damaged in transit as seller said. Seller quick to respond and didn’t want item returned. However only given partial refund as didn’t refund their outbound postage cost, which should be between them and courier, not impact buyer. While sympathetic they lost out too, they had numerous messages and time to resolve it and didn’t.
