    The first item I ordered did not arrive and on contacting the supplier they were very quick to send me out another one, which came without a problem. The supplier kept in contact and updated me all the time. Really happy and have seldom received such good service. I really recommend them and would like to say thanks for great service.     Good item and good price . Delivery which wasn't your fault appalling. If I knew you used evri I wouldn't have ordered. Took 8 days to arrive. Was at National Sorting Hub for 7 days! No explanation or apology for the delay. I have had this happen many times. Gave up on Tuesday and ordered from Amazon - delivered next day. I would rather pay for Royal Mail than constantly having trouble with evri. As I said not your fault.
