  Unfortunately, the item I received had some liquid on the prongs when I opened the box, and one of the prongs showed signs of corrosion, so I returned it. I initially requested an exchange and messaged the seller, but since I didn’t hear back right away, I went ahead and initiated a return. The seller processed the refund smoothly, which I appreciated.
