  Item advertised as being suitable for a 5+ age group. when it arrived the box it comes in clearly states 14+, after contacting the seller there were some delaying tactics whilst he offered a percentage refund. I refused these because I wasn't giving this to my little granddaughter, at one point the seller even insisted in an email that this was suitable for a 5 year old regardless of the manufacturers advice. The seller was polite and quick to reply.
