    Very glad to have purchased this handbag for my wife for Mother's Day! The handbag was in like new condition, beautiful color and no damage. The handbag was wrapped and packaged in order to prevent any damage from mishandling while being shipped. Response time was quick and the seller was terrific in offering a discount price.     Seller contacted-product was shipped unsealed in bubble wrap in plastic mailer. Half the oil leaked (see photos). I provided 3 close-up photos of leaked oil. Seller says,”it sometimes happens”. Cost was $30+. I asked for $14 refund-$9 was the best offer or I could return product at my expense. Seller is unethical. I would like a full refund as I received damaged goods due to product being poorly packed.

    You are being very dishonest with your feedback. I said "It sometimes happens no matter how much we tighten them", talking about the oil leaking and they do sometimes leak if their shipped in a box or mailer. You TOLD us we were gonna give you half back or you "Were gonna write negative feedback." We offered $9 since you said one was half full and the other was 2/3. Never did we say you had to pay for return shipping. We offered a return and we would pay for the shipping. Offer is still there.
