  Wrong size sent ordered 60cm x 80 cm received 60cm x 110cm. Sent by EVRI in a bag but your returns automatically returns through Royal Mail who insist on it being sent in a box. I also don’t have a printer and therefore cannot print a return label. I am extremely disappointed with the setup for returning items that were sent out in error.
