  Brand New, unopened in original vacumn sealed packaging, tool look's strong , compact and heavy to get in to tight spots, they don't make tools like this anymore that can last a long time if properly maintained, seller was very good in communicating , with expected shipping date and confirm delivery address before shippment, sent via FedEx.

  The rims arrived in good condition as described (new) and well-packaged with no damage. This was a good value for quality rims that don't seem to be available anymore, so I was happy to find them. The only issue was that the item did not ship until 10 days after the order was placed, and then the Italian Post (Poste Italiane) had the item sitting at the sorting facility for sevaral weeks, which the seller said was probably due to the Christmas holiday. Ordered 11/30 and received on 1/3.
