Just for reference all the fur trims are cut from the same fabric ...we called it ittalian wolf which is grey / brown / fair coloured....Being a long'ish pile fur the screen resolution / photography lighting will make a difference to colour appearance.

emailed seller about this bag was told item is unused mint new received bag a strap was missing emailed seller was told strap have been cut off for sivilian use but the bag in the listing picture have got 2 straps

You were refunded in full. As we confirmed prior to sending the item is listed as supergrade because it hasn't been used so is in mint condition. As the main description which you checked: Adjustable Sturdy Strap (NB Strap can be worn as waist or shoulder strap as illustrated in photo but comes with just 1 strap!). So yes we delivered as described. There was an image issue caused by ebay's gallery image service so we weren't in control of the images - we have now created x2 listings.

refunded for the bag but cost me £4.69 to post item back seller said he have not received the bag back royal mail said item was delivered and signed for so i had to contact ebay to help getting my refund if you are selling a bag with one strap put it in the picture are you leaving me some feedback you were paid in full
