    I am a happy customer. At first I was disappointed as the item purchased was not received. I honestly though I lost my money maybe thinking it was a scam. So I decided to reach out to see if I would get a response. Sure enough I did. I told Riconmisic what had happened and boom they assured me that the mistake was on their end and they would send me my intended product. I just received it in the mail and my car with my puerto rican hood flag looks so sexy lol. Big shout to Rincon music.🤙🏼🇵🇷

    These are high-quality accordion straps. They arrived quickly, were packed well, and are beautiful. I purchased a new accordion from a different vendor; the straps the OTHER vendor included were not fit to use, smelled of mildew. I reached out to Riconmusic, asked them to guarantee the straps would be new, with no off odor. They replied promptly, confirmed the straps are NEW and only smell NEW. Very happy.
