    These people say I scammed them but the truth is I have been a repeat customer on 5 other occasions so why would I choose now to 'scam' when all I did was return 2 brushes which were below their usual standard. Their customer service has been appalling, I didn't even complain when I had to wait 3 weeks for a delivery but to be accused of trying to scam is very misleading when I pointed out the brush was not the same quality as before,I even suggested 50% discount instead of refund to help them.

    we received false return of claiming "the brush is defective" eventhough item was not defective. its a violation of our return policy. buyer was demanding to keep two brushes for the cost of one. made lot of offers before purchasing but we didn't accepted hence went ahead and purchased then after delivery demanded to keep two brushes for cost of one same as their initial best offer made before purchase that's a SCAM !
