  First of all I would like to thank the customer service team, after a slight problem with DPD playing knock a door run, ( no fault of the seller ) I asked the seller for help to track my parcel, not only did they track it down they gave me the address it was delivered to, they also got in touch with this random guy to arrange delivery, they've treat me like a million pounds contract for only a few quid, absolutely amazing, recommend this company to anybody world wide, thanks again guys, fabulous

  Exceptional service from this supplier. I asked when ordering the item if they could supply the batteries as quickly as possible due to medical circumstances, and both arrived by their own courteous driver in delivery van less than 24 hours later. The original delivery estimate was two days, which was still good. I would recommend this seller and not hesitate to customize them again. Many thanks

  I was not happy with the advertied service. The advert said "Next Day if ordered before 3PM". I ordered 19 Aug 2025 at 2:58 PM, and it wasn't given to the courier until 20 August and it arrived on 21 August. So the bit where they said "Next day delivery if ordered by 3PM" wasn't correct. The battery appears to be as promised, time will tell; it will last if it is genuine Lucas brand. You need to get your details correct when you charge a premium for those details, because they form the contract.
