    I bought from this seller this time last year for Christmas related material and I came straight here this year for the same kind of things. They arrived promptly and carefully packaged. I am pleased again. I can recommend them. They send out quickly, carefully packaged and the prices are good. I bought this wire before from this seller and have used it for a variety of craft things.

    Really bad customer service sent the product back as it was delivered to late for what I needed. Untouched in the same packaging. I had to pay return which I took on the chin but then they wouldn't refund me properly saying it was damaged. Offered less than half price on top of the return fee. It wasn't damaged it was packaged so well wrapped in bubble wrap exactly like it was delivered. If anyone returns anything to these people take loads of photos and go to eBay customer service. Or stay away
