Packaged very well, looks like item shifted during shipment and pierced box side, item was still in fine shape, no damage. Package arrived 4 days later than latest date expected, probably just busy or backlogged. Contacted seller when I did not receive shipping info by time they said it would ship (w/in 15 d) and they responded same day, and shipped it out immediately. Will certainly shop with them again.
