I messaged the seller over 10 times for clarification on if they had an item in stock. No response. I purchased the item & sure enough, a week later, I get a message saying the item was out of stock. Furthermore they requested I cancel the order instead of them so they could avoid having telling eBay this happened again. F-

The seller marked the items as shipped and provided a tracking number. However, on January 14, the seller messaged me, requesting that I cancel the order because the items are "out of stock." Since the order is marked as shipped, I cannot cancel it. Now, I must wait until January 29 before I can report the items as not received through eBay to get a refund.
