The seller had included a video of the watch running in the listing. I did contact the seller and he offered to accept a return (or to fix, he is a watchmaker). The watch is immaculate so I was confident it really only needed service. I took it to my local watchmaker and he concurred. I am very satisfied with the purchase. The watch not running is a blessing. It kept me from procrastinating about service!
