I bought two and both charged up to 100 percent. Both 0 out of 4 in calibration, which 0 being new 4 being old. they are the 11.1v 2500mAh 28Ah made in Japan. The photo on the site is the older version. These are a great value. Seller was fast with delivery provides tracking and is quick to respond to questions.
