    Won bid. Seller made label. Didn’t ship even tho they said they did. Fed ex never received item. Seller reposted exact item even tho telling me the same day they dropped off item at fed ex. Reposted as non bid item over double the bid I won. So seller was unhappy I got a good deal on item. Looks like they did this at least once before looking at comments.

    Shipped on time and packaging is sufficient. Recommend that seller puts accurate description of its condition next time as it never said it was in open box. Despite that, the item is in mint condition and no sign of damage. It is missing a user manual, but that's a minor issue.

    CHEATING SELLER. He put the Breville Barista up for auction, I won the auction and he canceled my order with the argument "there is a problem with the steering." I wrote to him and he told me that since I am from Mexico it is suspected of scam, when I ordered my coffee maker to my address in Texas and I have good ratings as a buyer. The same seller offered me the product for a higher price and put it on sale immediately above the price that won the auction. Their auctions are not recommended!!!

    Hello, as mentioned in my message to you there were several red flags about your account that was concerning to me as a small business owner. -You have a new account with nearly no feedback -your account is based in Mexico but wanted your order sent to Texas I have been scammed on eBay and it has been new accounts every time. As a small business I have to have some sort of protection in place so I don’t get scammed. I apologize about your cancelled order
