  Bought a 4 slice toaster which when arrived did not work. The eject button was missing and the bread would not stay down so would not toast, when I contacted seller and asked for a full refund he originally offered £5 back which of course I rejected. Then he offered me 50% off( keeping in mind toaster didn’t work so was no good at all) when I also rejected this offer and again said I wanted a full refund he agreed and issued a full refund. Think full refund should have been offered immediately
