  Great item, despatched promptly and received exactly as advised. On arrival, the box was damaged due to mishandling by the courier. I contacted the seller who responded almost immediately with an apology and an offer to replace the item. As he was fairly local, he actually drove to my address to hand me the replacement personally the same day! Absolutely amazing service and very much appreciated as this is a gift for a family member needed by the weekend. Thank you!!
