The next day the seller canceled the order stating it was "out of stock or damaged". He then immediately listed the same item with the same picture at a higher price. There should be a policy or penalty that type fraudulent behavior. I would not do business with person and he does "deserve" to sell these boots after this dishonorable act. Ebay should have allowed him to re-list them.
