  item was meant to be blue as stated on the pic. i have received it green. also when opening my parcel the rolled up banner was already ripped. so this man has sent this out ripped. and couldn't be bothered to replace it. i messaged the seller they offered me 20% of a refund?! no thank you i want the money i paid for it back thanks. you've ruined my sons birthday decor. i advise no one order these personalised birthday banners. honestly !!
