The chessboard suffered severe creases due the bad packaging. The customer service saved this review from being negative instead of neutral. They sent a board replacement and for some reason (not related to the seller) it was received almost a week later that the original expected date. In summary, the original packaging was awful (for a vynil chessboard) and *the chessboard was not the same as the one in the item picture*. I recommend to discuss all item and packaging details before buying.
