The item looks amazing, not broken despite it being frail and as described. Where this seller really shined over other sellers was the packaging though. This seller sent the item with ribbon that had jingle bells on it. I had an item that came with a broken hook from another seller same day and I was able to make the ornament look better than it used to using this sellers packaging.
