    They originally sent me the wrong item. Then refused to send the proper one until I went out of my own way to repackage, print out a label, send out the wrong one. They did not refund me any money despite being treated as an errand boy and having my money held hostage for 3 weeks until I was able to free up and go to the post office. They also pretend to do me a favor and refund me 10% of the original listing to be able to keep the incorrect item. That would have been highway robbery.
