    Item was posted promptly but got lost in transit. I asked seller for a refund but they resent the order. When it arrived it didn’t match the description and was faulty, (sandals didn’t match, they were an odd pair. ) Again I asked for a refund but no response. EBay sorted it for me. Would not buy from this seller again

    AVOID!!! Do NOT buy from this seller. I received an incorrect item & tried to resolve direct with the seller to no avail! I was asked to return the incorrect item (seller admitted their discharge team had sent me the wrong item). I sent photo of proof of posting which included the postage cost incurred by myself. Despite repeated requests the seller refunded me for the purchase cost of the item only and I had to foot the postage cost, increasing the cost of the item by almost £4.00 UNFAIR!
