  I did tried to communicate to no avail. I purchased 3 abayas in size 62. Only one was actually 62 inches long other two were 60 and 64 . I understand that abaya fits everyone differently. But I do have the right to return . I did contact the seller multiple times there was minimal contact and then no contact at all. Took so long that one abaya return request became overdue and another was returned . For the one that was returned I had to ask ebay to step in to get my refund. VERY DISAPPOINTED

  Unfortunately we were having issues with the account and access. Our returns policy clearly states we accept returns and issue refunds. Once we would have gained accessibility we would have rectified. We trade through ebay, who stepped in and assisted and take Paypal who also protect customers. Customer was protected in all ways.

  Fabric feels quite flimsy. Not sure how long it'll last for. There was ZERO communication from seller when there was a delay with delivery; I was left to try to follow delivery updates to work out what had happened.
