    The product was late and then defective when it arrived, I bought 2 items but the seller has only refunded 1 product. They accept that 2 arrived and were returned but because I used one Return label is saying a refund is not due on both - patently unethical. The seller has been belligerent throughout the process. The product came in leaking bottles and the labels were damaged. I have been an ebay member for many years (see my number of purchases) this has been the most aggressive seller.
