The glasses are beautiful and very well packaged. Unfortunately, the post office damaged them during shipping and left me a note apologizing, so one of the four is broken and unable to be repaired. It's not the seller's fault. It's just disappointing. They did their best, but the post office somehow managed to break one that was tightly wrapped in bubble wrap. That takes talent. Thanks for the quick shipping.

Oh my goodness, I did not know one arrived broken, will send a replacement on Thursday (I am out of town today and tomorrow) but rest assured a replacement is on the way.
