  Mailed quickly in a well-padded box. Unfortunately, instead of leaving the box by the house door, the mail carrier decided to cram a package that was too big for the mailbox in it anyway, bending the box in order to make it fit. Sadly the model ended up being broken because of this. I contacted the seller about the incident. She was very helpful & cooperative & refunded my money in a very timely manner. It was a beautiful model, as described & at a good price. Would buy from this seller again

  Seller was super communicative. I needed a custom size and they made it very easy to order and communicated when it was made and shipped. The collar is great quality.   Fast shipping and honest to the description. Just one flaw , his right side that was in the box unfortunately has rubbed away and caused a big flaw.
