    FRAUDSTERS !!! DO NOT RISKING BUYING FROM THEM OR KITCHEN TAGO ITEM WAS NOT AS DESCRIBED, but 2nd hand, dirty, part missing. Rose&lillyltd not a limited company. FURDECO (courier) gave me details of business owner - Loic Tago on 078808 17753) who said cooker was "just used by wife". He then sent wrong return label to get out of refund, (see pictures) so I returned it to his wife (see label), but still not got the money back. DO NOT RISK BUYING FROM THEM.

    The seller requested me to amend the above and has been told that in order for me to do so they must follow ebay protocols.

    Though the third party shippers were not very helpful at all in the seller was FABULOUS!!!! Though the shipping to my area was far more expensive than charged she still let me have the order. Delivered today and I LOVE IT. Excellent price. Excellent product exactly as described. For me a brilliant buy after an awful experience that cost me a fortune from AO. Thank you very much. 10 star seller.

    By far the best communication I’ve ever had off eBay, the cooker was delivered, and the delivery drivers came into the house perfect and polite. There was a little problem on the cooker but they sent an engineer straight out to fix it for us, can’t thank this seller enough. Would recomend you to anyone. Thank you again. Sorry for the late feedback, been so busy.

    it has not arrived yet 4 days late it is delivery ppl not seller they have been nice i had to change adress for delivery to where the cooker will be installed it is 30 second away opposite side of road they would not change address without sellers permission which i got still no word of new delivery date we paid £80 delivery has well and didnt expect the run around ans delay
