  The shorts had a couple blemishes undisclosed in description so I had to return as they were to be a gift. Seller accepted my return. Although later contacted me stating they did not receive the return even though I had proof of delivery.

  There were absolutely no blemishes on these shorts. Sorry if they didn't fit. I didnt receive your return of the item until the day after I msgd you. Ebay told me they were delivered. So yes, I refunded you BEFORE the shorts were received, which i never do. I relisted the shorts as they were perfectly fine as i knew they would be.

  Though item was said to be new in box it obviously had been removed at some point but appears in new condition. Should have stated new in open box as I was buy these for a gift. Hopefully they work like new. They were very well packaged and quickly shipped.
